Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise IT projects ($500K-$5M budgets) using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 20+ state agencies and vendors
- Ensure strict adherence to NIST 800-53 security protocols and Ohio IT standards
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for critical infrastructure projects
- Present executive-level status reports to CIO leadership and legislative committees
- Oversee vendor management and contract compliance for IT service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive IT project management experience with 3+ years in government/public sector
- PMP or PgMP certification required; ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Expertise in managing enterprise-scale infrastructure, cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects
- Proven success with multi-agency coordination and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of Ohio state procurement processes and IT governance frameworks
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow)
