- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of server infrastructure and cloud solutions.
- Implement and monitor advanced cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network issues affecting municipal services.
- Ensure full compliance with state and federal IT regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital government initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong working knowledge of network security principles and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
