Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience in government or regulated environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and enterprise networking
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+) strongly preferred
- Proven project management skills with PMP or similar certification
