Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and related hardware and software.
- Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with established IT policies and procedures.
- Train staff on new software applications and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts regarding network security or outages.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical problems and manage service contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and virtualization technologies.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
