Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise server infrastructure (Windows/Linux) supporting 50+ state agencies
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Lead cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure with zero-downtime requirements
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical applications during high-impact incidents
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT modernization initiatives
- Maintain documentation for system architecture and disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- 3+ years administering Windows Server 2016/2019 and Linux environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Proven track record of managing enterprise network infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance
- Colorado residency required within 30 days of hire
