Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system issues
- Oversee network security, disaster recovery, and backup systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Document system configurations, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with state and federal IT regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (5 years experience accepted in lieu)
- 5+ years of experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Certification in CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent required
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection
- Experience with ITIL framework and IT service management
- Ability to obtain and maintain state security clearance
