Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of critical system outages and technical incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system interoperability across county departments.
- Conduct thorough system audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage software licensing agreements.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT consulting.
- Proven experience working in a government or public sector environment is a significant plus.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Clearance to work within government facilities and adherence to strict security protocols.
