Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems solutions for federal clients.
- Ensure full compliance with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and other government regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure system integrity and security.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and junior engineers.
- Manage system performance monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one immediately.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT Systems Analysis within the government or defense contracting sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern scripting languages.
- Deep understanding of ITIL framework and Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder reporting.
