Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet federal and state compliance requirements.
- Analyze system performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and functional specifications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive government data and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular system audits and provide technical support for internal stakeholders.
- Document technical processes and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, preferably within government or federal sectors.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and database management (SQL).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (e.g., Secret/Top Secret).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to system maintenance.
