Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis within the public or private sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Oracle, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with ITIL framework and project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
