Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and infrastructure to meet organizational needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software and services.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts and engineering staff.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party integrations to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, IT Architecture, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of government compliance standards, including FISMA and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
