- Develop and implement strategic plan improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 5+ years pension administration experience
- SPBC or QPA certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software
