Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience
- SPBC or CEBS certification required
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Millennium, Empower)
- Deep knowledge of IRS 415, 401(a), and Georgia OCGA Title 47
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory detail
- Experience with multi-employer plan structures
