Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate municipal policies across transportation, sustainability, and urban development
- Analyze legislative impacts and prepare comprehensive reports for city council
- Coordinate with state agencies and community stakeholders on public initiatives
- Lead data-driven research projects using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Present findings to senior officials and public forums
- Manage policy implementation timelines and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government or public sector experience
- Expertise in policy analysis frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R)
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
