Responsibilities
- Analyze complex tax legislation and propose policy recommendations
- Collaborate with legislative committees on regulatory reforms

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience

- Deep understanding of Pennsylvania tax code structure
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and public testimony
- Strong quantitative research and statistical analysis skills
- Professional certification (e.g., PPFA, CTP) preferred
