Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues across healthcare, education, and economic development sectors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in government policy analysis or public sector consulting
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Expertise in Tennessee state government operations and legislative processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with executive-level experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and ability to travel statewide as needed
