Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives on public health emergency preparedness
- Monitor federal and state legislative developments affecting healthcare delivery
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with community partners and healthcare providers
- Manage program evaluation frameworks to measure policy implementation effectiveness
- Present findings to senior officials and legislative committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government policy analysis or public sector roles
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R)
- Demonstrated experience with healthcare policy research and evaluation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with complex audiences
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain security clearance for sensitive data access
