Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulations for compliance implications

- Monitor implementation outcomes and recommend corrective actions
- Manage grant-funded research projects with $500K+ budgets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit sector
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to draft legislative language and regulatory frameworks
- Active Arizona State Government security clearance required
- Valid Arizona driver's license
