Responsibilities

- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using statistical models and public datasets

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of government or policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Deep understanding of Texas state legislative processes
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- US citizenship and ability to pass federal background clearance
