- Manage grant programs with budgets exceeding $2M
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Python, SPSS)
- Proven track record in policy implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Virginia state government processes
- Professional certification (e.g., PPVI) preferred
