Responsibilities

- Oversee $2M+ grant programs ensuring compliance and measurable outcomes
- Design data-driven performance metrics for state agency programs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling (R, SAS, or Python)
- Proven track record of successful policy implementation at state/federal level
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Proficiency with NC state budget processes and procurement regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
