Responsibilities

- Monitor federal and state legislative impacts on local governance

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Strong understanding of municipal governance structures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
