Responsibilities

- Prepare policy briefs, reports, and presentations for executive leadership
- Monitor policy implementation and recommend adjustments based on performance metrics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
- Minimum 3 years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis using tools like SPSS, R, or Python
- Strong knowledge of municipal governance structures and Massachusetts regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
