Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues using quantitative/qualitative methods
- Develop legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks for state agencies

- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and executive presentations
- Monitor federal regulations and legislative trends affecting Florida
- Manage grant programs and compliance reporting processes
- Lead cross-functional teams on special assignment projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R) and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of developing successful policy recommendations
- Florida public sector knowledge and legislative process expertise
- Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license and ability to travel statewide
