Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government sector
- Expertise in federal/state compliance frameworks (e.g., OMB, GPEA)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven track record of cross-agency collaboration initiatives
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
