Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy data and draft evidence-based recommendations for legislative review

- Monitor federal compliance requirements and adapt policies accordingly

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS/R) and GIS mapping
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in federal grant application and compliance processes
- Strong knowledge of DC's unique governance structure and policies
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
