Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and develop data-driven recommendations for state legislation
- Conduct thorough research on healthcare, education, and economic development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic policy objectives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for legislative bodies and executive leadership
- Monitor federal regulatory changes and assess impact on Florida's policies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (Bachelor's with 5+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 4 years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies and statistical analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to draft complex documents
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and policy modeling software
- Knowledge of Florida state government operations and legislative processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
