- Monitor federal policy changes affecting Ohio's operations
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed legislation
- Maintain compliance records and audit trails
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R)
- Ohio state government budgeting knowledge
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Active Ohio driver's license
- Clear federal background investigation
