Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience (government preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, R)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and public speaking
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
