Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on complex public policy issues to inform legislative and administrative decisions.
- Prepare high-level reports, briefs, and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with interagency task forces to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Provide expert consultation on regulatory compliance and procedural guidelines.
- Represent the agency at public forums, committee meetings, and community events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government, public policy, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and work independently.
- Civil Service examination eligibility or willingness to test.
