Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex public policies using quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Collaborate with state agencies to implement legislative mandates and regulatory frameworks
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative recommendations for executive leadership
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions with community leaders and industry partners
- Monitor policy outcomes and recommend data-driven improvements

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative analysis (SPSS, R, or SAS) and qualitative research
- Proven ability to navigate Arizona legislative processes
- Strong written/verbal communication with executive presentation skills
- Active Arizona government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
