Qualifications

- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency in policy development software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Knowledge of Colorado state government operations
