Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven policy recommendations for statewide infrastructure and economic development
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance requirements
- Coordinate cross-agency projects with 15+ state departments
- Present findings to legislative committees and executive leadership
- Manage grant programs totaling $5M+ annually
- Mentor junior analysts on policy research methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive reports for the Governor's Office
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS/R)
- Expert knowledge of Nevada Revised Statutes
- Proven track record of high-stakes project delivery
- Active Nevada security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Professional certification (e.g., CPPA) preferred
