Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect and implement high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, R&D) to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Lead the migration to next-generation cloud-native environments and edge computing frameworks.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal engineering role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience designing systems for future scalability and high concurrency.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
