Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex financial data and regulatory frameworks to inform policy decisions.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives designed to improve agency operational efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare high-level reports, briefings, and presentations for executive leadership and Congress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to solve critical economic challenges.
- Monitor legislative changes and assess their potential impact on current programs and operations.
- Oversee the coordination of grant programs and ensure fiscal accountability across assigned divisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal, state, or local government program management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
