Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet agency goals and federal performance metrics.
- Prepare high-level reports and briefings for senior leadership and Congress.
- Collaborate with inter-agency teams to ensure seamless integration of federal initiatives.
- Maintain strict compliance with all federal regulations, OMB guidelines, and agency policies.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions to gather feedback and drive program success.
- Oversee the budget allocation and financial forecasting for assigned program areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program analysis, government operations, or a related federal sector role.
- U.S. Citizenship required; eligibility for a Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management software (MS Project, Jira).
- Strong understanding of federal procurement and budgeting processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights.
