Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python backends using Django and Flask.
- Architect scalable microservices and API endpoints to support millions of users.
- Optimize database queries and system architecture for speed and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product) to deliver features.
- Implement robust security best practices and data encryption protocols.
- Debug complex issues and provide technical leadership in architectural discussions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python.
- Strong proficiency in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (JUnit, PyTest).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
