Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with error correction protocols for 2026-era hardware
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions for cryptography, optimization, and simulation
- Establish performance benchmarks and validation protocols for quantum systems
- Drive quantum software stack development including compilers and middleware
- Collaborate with academic institutions on next-generation quantum materials
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industry implementation
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum computing
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences/journals
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams in R&D environments
