Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and SEO rankings.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices into a cohesive frontend architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in building accessible, responsive, and mobile-first user interfaces.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker).
