Your Day-to-Day
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will own the SEO roadmap for key accounts. Your mission is to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance user experience to drive conversions.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and fix crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup problems.
- Keyword Strategy: Perform in-depth keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities and build content strategies that align with user intent.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headers, and content structure to maximize organic visibility and relevance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Search Console; generate detailed monthly reports to demonstrate ROI.
- Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for market dominance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of technical SEO concepts, including site architecture, canonicalization, and robots.txt.
- Tools: Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
