In this role, you will be the architect of our online visibility, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive traffic, enhance user experience, and convert visitors into loyal customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
- Lead content optimization efforts, collaborating with writers and editors to ensure keyword relevance and user intent alignment.
- Manage backlink profiles and execute high-quality outreach campaigns to build domain authority.
- Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates (Google Core Updates, Panda, Penguin) and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of increasing organic traffic by at least 30% in previous roles.
- Strong proficiency in technical SEO, including schema markup, canonical tags, and site architecture.
- Expertise in keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
