Responsibilities
- Define and execute a long-term SEO strategy focused on 2026 search trends, including AI-driven content optimization and voice search readiness.
- Lead complex technical SEO audits, resolving crawl errors, improving site speed, and optimizing site architecture for maximum indexing efficiency.
- Oversee keyword strategy and intent analysis to drive high-value organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to integrate SEO best practices into product development and content calendars.
- Manage and mentor a junior SEO team, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies in real-time.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving significant organic growth.
- Deep expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) for technical implementation.
- Experience with schema markup, structured data, and international SEO.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
