- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize existing systems for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure production stability.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and drive innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Deep expertise in Go (Golang) or Rust, and familiarity with Python for scripting.
- Extensive experience with Microservices Architecture and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling massive scale.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
