Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure, high-performance software solutions for federal clients.
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical mentoring for junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure all software meets strict compliance and security standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Maintain and optimize existing applications to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
