Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and developers.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within a government or large enterprise environment is highly preferred.
