As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining critical IT systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure data integrity for our government clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development and enhancement.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data models, databases, and reporting tools using SQL and data visualization software.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and security.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and junior developers on the team.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including technical manuals, system architecture diagrams, and user guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related technical role within the government or defense sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java is required.
- Experience with government contracting standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
