Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of current government systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend technical solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and deployment of new software applications and databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Perform regular system audits to maintain data integrity and cybersecurity protocols.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and training materials for staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT analysis, preferably within the government or public sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and legacy system modernization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
