Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and design for critical government applications, ensuring alignment with state regulations.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding developers, project managers, and stakeholdersâto define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with all relevant cybersecurity frameworks and protocols.
- Identify process improvements and optimize existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Proven expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong proficiency in database management systems (SQL, Oracle) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
