Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test IT solutions to improve government service delivery.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or IT project management within the public or private sector.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
