Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions for state agencies.
- Conduct system analysis, requirements gathering, and gap analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure all systems comply with state regulations, security protocols, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues.
- Document technical specifications and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT consulting.
- Proven experience with SQL, Java, .NET, or Python.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and security clearance.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
